Most of my work is understanding something complicated deeply enough to make it simple. Then I look for evidence that it worked, in the numbers or in how people actually use it.
[ Story ]
The first thing I built was enterprise BI software — I liked the building, but had no idea how it landed for the people using it. That's what pulled me into UX, where I spent the next decade on complex SaaS for enterprise and prosumer users.
The engineering thinking never left. I build design systems, I still ship PRs, and I don't call anything done until there's evidence it worked — a conversion number when there's traffic, ten customer calls when there isn't.
The label has never mattered much. Product design or growth, 0→1 or scale — it's the same job: understand the problem, find evidence, check you were right.
Here's what that's looked like.
